You don’t have to make an appointment – it can all be done online. Once all paperwork is completed, we will take care of the filing. After thirty days (which is mandatory), we will have all final paperwork that reflects your agreement ready to file with the court. Usually, a non-contested proceeding can be completed without the need for a court appearance.
